TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Please do consider that as I have queue, I need to take my time on your commission pieces as I have to work on my own pace. Drawing a piece may take me 2 weeks or to month, depends on the complexity and difficulty of the said commission.

  • Queue may be viewed here.

  • First come, first served.

  • I am allowed to decline a commission if it is too difficult for me to do.

  • Please send references of your character(s), along with poses and backgrounds, if possible.

  • I, (as the artist) shall be allowed to share the current progress and the finished version of the commission piece in my SNS account, as they shall be used for my portfolio.

    • Please do tell me beforehand if you do not want me to share any WIPS or the finished product of your commissioned piece.

  • Feel free to ask for WIPs and screenshots of your commission(s), though they will all be in low resolution.

  • All of the finished pieces will be watermarked. DO NOT remove my watermarks.

  • Please do not edit or repost my artworks without my permission. Commissioned pieces shall only be used for personal use only and not for production.

  • Please send 50% of the payment before I start with the sketch.

  • Payments shall be accepted via Paypal (USD only) or Paymaya (local).

  • All major revisions shall be done in the sketch stage. No revisions shall be done when the piece is finished. Considerations can be done throughout the process as long as they are minor revisions. 

  • Commissioned pieces shall be sent via e-mail or via Google Drive.

 

Commission File Inclusions

  • 2 high resolution PNGs, signed. 1 transparent and 1 with solid background.

Refunds

  • To lessen the hassle on both parties, please do be absolutely sure on placing a commission.

  • If you ever do plan on refunding, please do so while your commission is still on the sketch stage.

  • If a refund is completely unavoidable and work has been done beyond the sketch stage, I will only be able to return portions of the payment considering the work I have done.

    • Sketch - full refund​

    • Lineart - 60% refund

    • Flat colors - 40% refund
